The Challenge:

Create an hour-long documentary on the history of presidential TV advertising for A&E Network.

The Storyline:

Using a mix of political ads, interviews with campaign directors and media experts, and a wry but informative narrative tone, this edition of A&E’s "Investigative Reports" gave viewers insights into the strategic marketing and packaging of our presidential candidates. It went on to become a popular reference in Media Literacy courses across the country.
